I'm a proud American who believes in God, country and old-fashioned family values. In all of history, never has there been, nor will there ever be again, a
country like ours. Does my viewpoint make me a snob? I could care less.
My dad, of whom I never had the priviledge of meeting, was a Marine in Vietnam. I guess that's where my passion for the military began, and only became
even more inflamed after losing 2 cousins on 9/11 in the Twin Towers. I wanted then, and still want to now, annihilate every terrorist off of the face of this
planet.
I want our politicians to feel as I do; pride in the U.S.A. Pride in the accomplishments of its citizens, past, present and future. I want them to acknowledge
that we work hard to achieve the American Dream, and that there's no shame in that. I want our politicians to back off of God, and allow Him back in. Our
country wasn't set up by our Founding Fathers for the minority to make the rules, but the majority. I'd like our politicians to listen for a change. I
believe that the politicians work for us, and that the People do have a voice, but have forgotten how to exercise that right. I also believe
that's why we're in the mess we're in. But.
Being the eternal optimist, I also believe that the political tone can be turned around, if we so choose the uphill climb. "Easy" has never been an
accepted concept for motivated Americans. It would be worth it in the end.
I'll defend my country, my family and my home to the very end. My blood runs Red, White & Blue, and I'd have it no other way.
