   Dee......if that is your desire....just go for it! I seriously can NOT do CSS.....but I just jumped in with both feet.......the HOST YUKU makes it fairly easy to make a simple board to get started....using they're library skins......
   And I can NOT make my own skin for nothin'! But I can POINT you in the right direction of people who are just as caring and fun and who can help with your questions!
   Don't let anything stand in the way of your dreams.......with your personality...............YOUR site will become a success......no doubt about that!
   I can give you ONE simple hint to a successful site..........it does not matter how "beautiful" the site is in looks..........or how many buttons and whistles you have.............a site needs HEART And as the site owner........you are the BEATING HEART of your site.........I have seen great sites, fall to ruin because the owner/admin was never around to answer questions, or give a hug or even say HI.....
   The best sites.........have owners who LOVE BEING THERE...
   You can do this...........just don't give up

   Hi Queeny! I haven't forgotten you NOR my desire to develop my own community. This wonderful thing called life got in my way....not all of it so "wonderful" but such is life and God is good!
   
   I think my major problem is I have TOO MUCH heart....if you remember the story, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" and grinche's heart grew 3 sizes too large? I was born with a huge love in my heart and as I've grown older.....imagine how much love and care I have at 42 years young! So I got the heart but didn't get my self-esteem built like I should have. Thus, I fear tackling new things without direction-especially something I DO want to pour my heart into: my own forum!
   
   Please understand I wasn't asking you to give me skins that take your creativity, talent, and time hon! I was trying to pay you a compliment and ask questions at the same time-thus the misinterpretation. I so admire you just 'jumping in with both feet'. Something tells me you at least knew how to do html and css coding first though!
   
   Questions:
   1) does one need to know html & css style coding while setting up/creating a community? If so:
   2) do you have any good suggestions for a beginner on websites for printing out how to do html and/or css?
   3) do I need developer software of any kind to create a yuku community?
   4) are there any image sites you suggest for someone on a tight budget?
   5) would it be better to code an ezboard & transfer it to yuku or just start with yuku to begin with?
   and last......how many packs of cigs will I go thru while learning to do this and/or how much Lady Clairol will I need to cover the greys with?

   I admire your talent and wonder if I'll ever get my own board up and running!? Should I buy a "CSS and HTML for Dummies" book, keep going through CSS & HTML tutorials, or what? All I want to do is establish my own forum and learn how to make my profile something besides Blahhhhh-humbug.

   Again, though I don't "know" you, your heartfelt expressions I read in many of the help places yesterday surely made my day and I did sorely need to smile and feel accepted(long, boring story).
